Terms & withdrawal

In short: you request a theme, we check it, you pay, we deliver within 7 days. If you agree that we may start right away, your right of withdrawal ends at the latest on delivery. Without this consent, we only start once the 14-day withdrawal period has ended.

1. Provider and scope

The provider is Tommy Müller, Kochstraße 26, 04275 Leipzig, Germany, moc.sisonxes@olleh (see legal notice). These terms apply to all orders of a custom trance. Listening to the free trances needs no contract: they are offered as they are, for adults only, and are not therapy or medical treatment.

2. Service

Sexnosis writes and produces an erotic hypnosis audio file on a theme you provide ("custom trance"). It is sensual but not pornographic. There are two options:

  • Public ($49): you receive the trance by email; it is also published in the podcast and on the website, without any reference to you.
  • Private ($149): you receive the trance by email; it is not published.

The custom trance is not therapy and not medical treatment. We do not accept themes concerning illnesses, pain, trauma, sexual dysfunctions or other reasons for treatment, nor content involving minors, without consent, with real people without their permission, or explicit pornographic scenes. Sexnosis decides on content, length and design within the scope of your theme.

How the trances are made: Tommy writes every script himself. The voice is synthetic – it is generated with an AI voice and then edited. This applies to the free trances and to custom trances alike.

Adults only: only persons aged 18 or over may order. By sending a request you confirm that you are of age.

3. Process and conclusion of the contract

  1. You send a request via the form. This is not yet an order.
  2. We check the theme. If it fits, we send you a confirmation with a payment link. If it does not, we tell you; there are no costs.
  3. The contract is concluded with your payment.

4. Prices and payment

The prices on the custom trance page at the time of your request apply. Prices are in US dollars and are final prices. Payment is made via the payment link we send you.

5. Delivery

We deliver the trance as an audio file (MP3) by email within 7 days of receiving payment – or after the withdrawal period has ended if you did not consent to an immediate start (section 7). If we miss the deadline, you may set us a reasonable grace period and then withdraw from the contract; we will then refund the full price.

6. Publication and use

  • You may use your trance privately without time limit.
  • Private trances are not published. Passing them on or commercial use only by agreement.
  • Sexnosis may publish public trances in the podcast, on the website and as excerpts on social media – never with a reference to you.
  • All rights to text, sound and production remain with Sexnosis.

7. Immediate start of production and end of the right of withdrawal

As a consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal (see the withdrawal policy below). Because every trance is produced specifically for you, we only start immediately if you expressly request it:

"I expressly request that Sexnosis begin producing my custom trance before the withdrawal period ends. I understand that I lose my right of withdrawal once the trance has been delivered."

You give this declaration in the request form; we confirm it in the email with the payment link. Your right of withdrawal then expires at the latest when the trance is delivered (§ 356 (4) and (5) BGB). Without this declaration, we only start production after the withdrawal period has ended.

Returns or refunds after delivery are excluded unless the law provides otherwise. Not liking the content of a trance is not a defect.

8. Defects

Statutory rights apply. In case of technical faults (e.g. a broken file, missing sound) we deliver a flawless file.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Do not listen to the trances while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention.

10. Final provisions

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you live remain unaffected. We do not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Tommy Müller, Kochstraße 26, 04275 Leipzig, Germany, moc.sisonxes@olleh ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for a service contract once we have fully performed the service, if we started the performance only after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract. For a contract for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance after you expressly consented and acknowledged the loss of your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation of this.
