What is the difference between public and private?
The public trance ($49) is also published in the podcast for everyone to hear – without any reference to you. The private trance ($149) is only for you; it is never published. For very personal themes, private is the right choice.
Is my theme kept confidential?
Yes. Tommy reads your request himself and does not pass it on to anyone. Your name is never mentioned. Private trances are never published.
Which themes are not possible?
Anything that belongs in treatment – illnesses, pain, trauma, sexual dysfunctions – as well as anything involving minors, without consent or with real people without their permission, and explicit, pornographic scenes. Sexnosis is not therapy. If a theme does not fit, Tommy tells you before you pay.
Is there an age limit?
Custom trances are only available to adults aged 18 and over.
How do I pay?
Once Tommy has checked your theme, you receive a payment link. Production only starts after payment. Prices are in US dollars; your bank or card provider may convert them.
Can I withdraw from my purchase?
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you agree in the form that Tommy may start production right away, it ends at the latest when your trance is delivered – after that there are no returns. Without this consent, production only starts after 14 days. Details in the terms.
What if I do not like the trance?
To make sure that does not happen, Tommy reads your theme beforehand and asks if anything is unclear. If the file is technically faulty, you get a new one. There are no returns after delivery – that is stated openly in the terms.
