Privacy policy
In short: this website sets no cookies, uses no tracking and shows no ads. Your browser has to talk to our servers to load pages and audio – that is all that happens when you listen. Whatever you tell us about yourself in a request stays with Tommy.

Website hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open a page, Vercel processes technically necessary data – your IP address, the time, the page requested, browser type – to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. Images on the site are scaled by Vercel as well. Server logs are kept only briefly. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is the basis for the transfer to the USA (Art. 45 GDPR).
To see whether pages load fast enough, the site uses Vercel Speed Insights. It measures load times without cookies, without identifying you and without building profiles.
Audio files and domain
The trances are stored and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St,
San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare R2, address
podcast.sexnosis.com); Cloudflare also runs the name servers
for sexnosis.com. When you play or download a trance – here or in a podcast
app – your device sends its IP address and the file requested to Cloudflare.
Cloudflare counts downloads without identifying you. Legal basis: Art.
6(1)(f) GDPR (delivering the audio). Cloudflare is certified under the
EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Fonts, search and player
Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from Google. The search and the player run in your browser; the list of trances for the search is loaded from our server. No third-party scripts are embedded.
Podcast feed and podcast apps
If you subscribe in a podcast app (Apple Podcasts, Spotify and others), the app fetches our feed and the audio files. What the app itself records about you is governed by the app provider's privacy policy.
Stored in your browser only
So the site can remember which trances you have heard, how your warmth experiment went and how you felt after a trance, it stores this in your browser (localStorage). It never leaves your device and is not sent to us. No consent is needed for this, because it only serves what you asked for (§ 25(2) TDDDG). You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
Share buttons
The share buttons are plain links, not plugins – nothing is sent to WhatsApp, Telegram, X, Bluesky, Facebook or anyone else while you read. Only when you tap one does that service open, and its privacy policy applies. "Share" on a phone opens your device's own share menu.
Contact and custom trances
If you write to us by email, we use your address and message to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them when the matter is closed, unless a retention period applies.
Request form: custom trances are requested through a form hosted by Tally (based in Belgium, terms and privacy). Tally stores form data encrypted and in Europe and processes it on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). The form asks for your theme, the option you chose, your email address, optionally a name and an anchor sentence, and your confirmations (age 18+, consent, limits). We delete the entries once your trance has been delivered or the request is closed.
Custom trances are requested through this form. For the order we process your email address, your theme, the option you chose and – after the order – payment and invoice data (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR; invoices are kept for the statutory 8 to 10 years). If we use a payment provider, we will name it here before you use it; its privacy policy then applies as well.
Information about your sex life: when you describe your theme, you may share information about your sex life or sexual orientation. This is specially protected data. We only process it to write your trance and only with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you give with your request. You can withdraw it at any time by email. Only Tommy reads it; we do not pass it on and delete it once the trance has been delivered, unless a retention obligation applies.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you can withdraw a consent at any time with effect for the future. Just send an email. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority – for example the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner (Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte) or the authority in your country.
